After our last shoot I had a few additional images in my head that I wanted to take, so Meg came back into the studio to help make them happen. This was also the first time I’ve used Lenszilla – my new Canon 70-200mm f/2.8L IS – in the studio. After some initial difficulties attaching the tripod plate to the lens we shot the two images shown here. Awesome work by both model and lens.
It’s always great to work with a new model, and on Monday I had the pleasure of shooting Meg for some of my lightpainting and Lensbaby work. She didn’t laugh too hard when I almost broke my neck tripping over stuff in the dark, handled my long exposure times and cramp-inducing poses with a relaxed attitude and a smile, and even endured the crippling shoes that I cropped out of the final shot. Sorry Meg, but thanks for the awesome results. See you again soon.
